Located just minutes from our Nation's capital Canberra, the cool crisp fresh air of the Yass Valley along with the amazing soils in the region are the perfect combination to grow Black Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) in our family owned and run Truffiere.

We are currently in preparations to harvest the 2021 truffles - how exciting! We can't wait to share what we find and start to take expressions of interest for the 2022 harvest.

About Our Truffiere

Springrange Truffles is a family owned and run Truffiere with around 20 acres currently under truffle. Being located in the perfect climate for truffles, we prepared our amazing soil in order to plant our Oak trees.

In 2019 we planted some beautiful Stone Pine trees, in hope of growing the elusive Bianchetto White Truffle. Watch this space for further updates!

With our paddock to plate mindset we aim to get our truffles out when they are at their best and immediately to our clients so they are fragrant

and flavoursome for the total truffle experience!
